  - Fix cppcheck warning has no initializer.
  - cppcheck: Workaround undefined function-like macro for
    GLIB_CHECK_VERSION.
  - service.cpp: Mark create_phone_menu as static.
  - Translation updates (thanks to all contributors on
    hosted.weblate.org).
