Use bus_watch_namespace() to monitor mpris players

This function is more robust than the current code and uses glib's
G_DBUS_SIGNAL_FLAGS_MATCH_ARG0_NAMESPACE instead of creating match rules
itself.

bus-watch-namespace.[ch] is shared with gnome-settings-daemon.
