Clipboard.c: re-add callbacks
7aa969cd4ee5fe6ecf74f82442e4a0a7491191c1 dropped calling the callbacks
which was a mistake.
However, this time we do it without an additional trap.
Fixes ArcticaProject/nx-libs#1027
