nxagent: make full screen mode selectable at startup

fullscreen= now accepts the new value "2" for a fullscreen covering
only one screen. -geometry and geometry= now know additional keywords
"allscreens" and "onescreen".

Fixes ArcticaProject/nx-libs#923
