hw/xwin/glx: Don't create fbConfigs for un-accelerated pixelFormats

For some reason, glxinfo is now selecting an un-accelerated fbConfig, which leads to "GDI Generic" being reported as the renderer name. For the moment, just don't create fbConfigs for un-accelerated pixelFormats.
